Tagged by SabrinaTan on Facebook but I’m gonna post this here instead, keri? :D
***
RULES:
a. Go to Google
b. Type your name and the words "likes to" all in quotation marks. (e.g. "Christie likes to")
c. Report back on the first ten things that come up for your name. Here's mine:
***
1. Miriam likes to suck on fingers after a Louisiana style shrimp boil.
:: I lick my fingers whenever I eat junk food. I know that it’s totally unhygienic (not to mention gross haha) but I can’t resist the promise of cheesy, MSG goodness. (Okay, enough oversharing. ;P)
I'd love to have some shrimp right now. Or some Godiva chocolates.

2. Miriam likes to bubble. Bubble is a verb.
:: I have a bubblemaker bottle! Guia and I used to lay our electric fans on the floor and fill our room with bubbles when we were on our first year. We had a contest as to who would be able to get a bubble to the next room. (Rooms do not have full walls ‘coz our boarding house is weird that way.)
   I won. : )
And, acdg to Audioenglish, to bubble is to pass gas from the stomach.
   HAHAHAHAHAHA.
Gross but HAHAHAHAHAHA! :D I die.

3. Miriam likes to move it - move it!
:: Very Madagascar only. I didn’t really like that film, though.

4. Miriam likes to say Irene knows the market because she's been doing this for over twenty-five years and is savvy as all get out.
:: I don’t know an Irene. :/

5. Miriam likes to read science-fiction, ride bicycles and practices yoga.
:: I don’t like sci-fi, sorry. Techi stuff give me headaches. :P
I’m a good bike rider, though. And I’m DETERMINED to get yoga for P.E. next sem. Graduating standing activate!

6. Miriam likes to swim and play tennis.
:: Sunburn is something that I wouldn’t wish on anyone (except for a certain slut whose neck I’d like to wring right now) so I’d say no on the whole swimming thing.
I’ve tried tennis about four times and yes, I do like it. : ) Ooooh, na-miss ko mag-volleyball tuloy (and the spanking bruises that I'd get on my arm whenever I'd play).

7. Miriam got a fantastic Hanukah present from her daddy.
:: First off, I’m not Jewish. And it’s highly unlikely for me to get a gift from my father (which is totally fine because I already have two sisters and a brother who spoil me rotten. :p)

8. MIRIAM likes to say that her first instinct was to say, "insanity does not run in my family!"
:: But I’m afraid that it does!
I love my family no matter how crazy and sabaw they are.

9. Miriam likes to do things her way.
:: :D No explanations necessary.

10. Miriam likes macho men in hard hats.
:: I’m not into extremely muscular guys. I like the huggable type more. :p Seriously, body builders give me goosebumps.
HAHA The page that the link led me to had this picture on it:

Oh hello, Miriam. : ) I like that red and white star bag.

Tonight I try to draw you--- on blank canvasses and blank walls, on the dusty ceiling and hardwood floors. My crayons color you faded, my charcoal oddly colorful.
And I can almost trace the lines of your face against my cheek.
Tonight I write about you--- being a hero and a foe, a damsel and a knight. Plots twist into knots and dialogues flow in streams. The knots unravel and the streams run dry.
And I can almost feel myself falling into a rut.
Finally, tonight, I sing you a song--- of lost loves and found fate, of late night musings and early morning reminiscing. The notes sing out to me as I sing out to you, words losing their rhyme and rhymes losing their meaning.
And I can almost hear the violins creeping in.

         I sleep.

Hi Ahly, Alea, Bernard, Paola and Ramel. :) Felise and I need your help in finding talents for our oral interp prod. Please audition people na kilala niyong pwede for the following roles. Accdg to Sir Jun, we need audition tapes daw. If wala kayong recorder, I can lend you mine. :)
Just let them read the following lines. 'Wag kalimutang irecord. :) Please get as many people as possible. Pakikinggan daw kasi yung tapes with Sr Jun (and Ma'am Mel ata) para makapili ng final talents.
Karina and Susie are both children na babae. Karina needs to sound older than Susie. We need different people for these two roles.
Tatay is a middle aged man.
We'll get the tapes sometime next week, okay? Don't forget to take note of your hours. :)
     Salamat ng maraming marami. :)

For character Karina:

For character Susie:

For character Tatay:

For other characters:

*PS for one story palang muna to since hindi pa sure kung ilang episodes yung kailangan iproduce. :)

Remembering to forget is the same as forgetting to remember. Forgetting is an art, which no one will ever uncover the secret of. Putting much effort into not caring is just as tedious as caring for another thing; in the same way that having to try too little hurts someone as having to try too much. The human brain’s greatest strength will forever be its greatest weakness.
So the best that I can do is to lock it in the box under my bed, under lock and key.
And with the whole of it, you, ready to be taken out in a moment’s notice, ready to be remembered when I want you forgotten.

“The first person who’s on your mind the moment you open your eyes after a long sleep is the reason of either you happiness or your pain.”

That’s where we disagree, old and trusted love quote forwarder. Sometimes, we just get too used to their presence that not waking up beside them feels wrong.
It just means that you find the thought of their non-existence to be intolerable, that’s why you remember them. Plus, maybe there's a infinitesimally small chance that remembering them will make them remember you, too. It has nothing to do with happiness or pain. Sometimes, you don’t feel anything at all.
